1. All work to be carried out at customers address.
2. Payment to be made by cash or card only. We do not accept American Express, bank transfers or cheques.
3. Payment to be made in full at time of service. No terms of credit will be issued.
4. All parts fitted are guaranteed for 12 months from date of fitting against fault of manufacture only. Labour is guaranteed for 30 days from time of service/repair.
5. 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling is required.
6. Any appointment that cancels/reschedules for any reason without 24 hours notice or is not at home at the time of appointment will be charged the full callout/service charge for that appointment.
7. Rebuild fee. A charge of £30.00 will be made for any machine that needs to be reassembled so we can then test the machine before repairing/servicing.
8. Service area. We cover a 40 mile radius of Reading. Any appointment over 35 miles away or inside the M25 will incur an additional £10.00 charge.
9. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
